How Our

Process Works

Step 1 | Moisture Mapping + Basic Info

The first step in the process is to send us a map of where the moisture is suspected or confirmed and some basic info about the roof. If you would like a thermal scan, we can assist you, or choose to work directly with our vendor partners.

Step 2 | Your Custom Plan

A individualized plan for your specific roof system will be crafted based on the information we receive. This includes a comprehensive proposal detailing the drying process for the roof. You will receive our proprietary TIMED VENT Plan.

Step 3 | Contractor Installs 2-Way Vents

Request the 2-Way vents when you are ready to start the job. We will ship them to you at no additional cost. Install the vents at the locations specified on our map. Start the job whenever you want without any additional scheduling concerns.

Step 4 | ReDry System Installed Over 2-Way Vents

ReDry professionals will visit your location, take initial moisture readings, and place all ReDry Accelerator Fans on the existing vents. Initial moisture readings will be collected at this stage, serving as a reference point to assess the level of moisture content in the insulation from Day 1.

Step 5 | Roof is Dry. ReDry is Removed. 2-Way Vents Stay.

We verify that we have achieved our dry-out targets and remove the accelerators from the 2-Way Vents. We then send a copy of the final report to the owner, manufacturer and contractor, certifying that all goals have been achieved.
