ReDry’s entire value proposition rests on measurable outcomes. We install vents, extract moisture, and hand the roof back dry. But “dry” isn’t a feeling — it’s a number. Without a scanning system that delivers precise, repeatable, defensible data, we’d have nothing to stand on.
We evaluated every non-destructive moisture detection method available. Infrared. Nuclear. Capacitance. Core sampling. None of them gave us what we needed: a complete moisture map of the entire roof surface that could be repeated by any trained operator and produce the same results.
Roof MRI did. And it’s the only system we use.
What We Need From a Scan
Three scans. One verified outcome.
Every ReDry project includes Roof MRI scanning at three critical stages. This is how we prove it works.
Pre-Scan: The Baseline
Before any vents go on the roof, Roof MRI maps every square foot of moisture. This baseline is the standard we’re measured against. It tells us where the wet insulation is, how saturated it is, and where vents need to be placed.
Mid-Project: Progress Monitoring
During the drying period, we scan again. This isn’t a courtesy — it’s a requirement. We need to verify that moisture levels are declining. If an area isn’t responding, we adjust. Roof MRI gives us that visibility.
Post-Scan: Verification
When we say “dry,” we mean Roof MRI Verified. The post-scan confirms that insulation has returned to acceptable moisture levels across every zone. This data is what manufacturers, building owners, and contractors rely on.
We didn’t choose Roof MRI because it was convenient. We chose it because nothing else qualifies.
Precision at Scale
Roof MRI scans the entire roof surface — not samples, not estimates. When we’re proving moisture has been extracted from 10,000+ square feet of insulation, we need data on every square foot.
Repeatability
The same roof scanned by two different Roof MRI operators will produce the same results. That repeatability is what makes pre-to-post comparison meaningful. Without it, our before-and-after data would be noise.
Defensibility
When a manufacturer asks for proof that the substrate is dry, we hand them a Roof MRI report. It’s data they can verify independently. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to, and it’s the standard Roof MRI delivers.
