ReDry LLC (“ReDry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Delaware limited liability company located at 1046 Westchester Drive, Madison, Tennessee 37115. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit re-dry.com (the “Site”), submit one of our forms, communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, or otherwise interact with ReDry.

By using the Site or providing information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

We collect information you choose to give us, including when you request a vent lease or quote, submit a project intake form, subscribe to press updates, or contact us. This may include:

• Name, company name, and role or title
• Email address and phone number, including mobile phone number
• Shipping address, job site address, and delivery instructions
• Project details such as roof size, wet area, project stage, target start and completion dates, vent quantity, and scheduling notes
• Names and contact details of other project contacts you list
• Any other information you include in a message, note, or form

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically collects standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and page performance data used to measure site speed and reliability. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are delivered to your browser. The Site does not use advertising cookies.

Text message information

If you participate in our text message program, we collect your mobile phone number, a record of your consent (including the date, time, and method of opt-in), and the content of messages exchanged with us, including opt-out and help requests.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes
• Process and fulfill vent lease orders, including shipping, delivery, installation, monitoring, and removal
• Schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments, site visits, and scans
• Send job, project, and vent status updates
• Communicate with you on behalf of ReDry and its team
• Send press releases and company announcements if you subscribed to them
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number to ReDry and agree to receive text messages, ReDry may send you text messages related to your jobs, vents, appointments, and other communications from ReDry and its team. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or lease.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers. We use vendors that help us operate our business, such as website hosting and form handling (Netlify), database hosting (Neon), email delivery (SendGrid), and our phone and text messaging providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Project participants. When you are involved in a project, we may share relevant project information with the contractors, building owners, and other contacts involved in that project as needed to carry it out.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ReDry, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. If ReDry is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, as stated in Section 3.

5. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining records of projects and leased equipment, or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

• Text messages: Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Press emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us to unsubscribe.
• Access, correction, and deletion: You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@re-dry.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may keep certain information where needed to complete a transaction, maintain project and equipment records, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to websites operated by others, such as Roof MRI or LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site or our services after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
