Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of re-dry.com (the “Site”) and the ReDry text message program, both operated by ReDry LLC (“ReDry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company located at 1046 Westchester Drive, Madison, Tennessee 37115. By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from ReDry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the text message program.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about ReDry’s in-place insulation moisture remediation services and vent leasing. Content on the Site is general information only. It is not engineering, design, or warranty advice for any specific roof or building, and it does not create any guarantee of results.
2. Quotes, Orders, and Separate Agreements
Submitting a quote request, lease order, or intake form is a request only and does not create a binding contract. ReDry may accept or decline any request. Any work, vent lease, or service is governed by a separate written proposal, lease, or agreement between you and ReDry. If these Terms conflict with a separate signed agreement, the separate agreement controls.
3. Text Message (SMS) Program Terms
Program description. The ReDry text message program sends messages related to your jobs, vents, and appointments, and other communications from ReDry and its team. This includes job and project status updates, vent shipping, delivery, installation, and monitoring updates, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders, and replies to your questions.
How you opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to ReDry and agreeing to receive text messages from ReDry. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or lease.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your projects and communications with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from ReDry. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number. You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you gave us.
Privacy. Our handling of your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, submit false or misleading information, interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or copy or scrape Site content for commercial use without our written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the ReDry name, are owned by ReDry LLC or its affiliates and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own internal business use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to websites operated by others. We do not control and are not responsible for those websites or their content, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT TEXT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDRY AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THE TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This section does not limit liability under any separate signed agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReDry and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the text message program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site or the text message program after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ReDry about the Site and the text message program, except as stated in Section 2.
